Hey Thomas, What I did was take my carpet out of my truck and then rented a water extraction type carpet cleaner from a tool retal store, not from the grocery store. The extraction carpet cleaner has 2 motors for extra power. I then put the carpet on the ground, soaked it througout with concentrated spot remover and let it sit about 10 minutes. I did this on a tarp so the carpet wouldn't pick up any dirt. I then got on my knees and hand scrub it with a NYLON brush. Don't use a super stiff brush or you can tear the carpet fibers. Then I hosed it down with clear water and let it sit another 10 minutes. I then used the hand apholstery attachment and pulled up as much water as possible. I hosed it down again and repeated. Flip carpet over and vacuum padding to pull out more water. Hang to dry for at least two days. Test cleaner first for color fastness before proceeding. Be carful not to hang in high heat, migh cause your carpet to shrink. Mine was almost like new. Reinstall.
I have a 94 F250 with the XLT interior. I have not been able to find a drivers side power seat housing. Any help appreciated, no luck local. Need a few other interior parts as well.
Thanks
Ok guys, whnat about a dash?....my dash is cracked around the vents, and the removable pad is cracked also.....the replacment from LMC Truck is $139, but it looks like its just the top-which is where mime is cracked, but from what I've seen of the dash, it is all one piece, except the instrument cluster bezel and the pad on the passenger side....anyone have any info?
I just took the carpet out of my 89 crewcab and soaked it with 6 cans of 409 carpet cleaner.....let it soak for 20-30 mins...then took it to the quarter wash. I sprayed the floor of the bay to be sure it was clean, laid the carpet down and sprayed it with the "rinse" setting. I threw the carpet on a fence to dry. It took out ALL of the stains and 3 weeks later it still smells fresh and clean! Total it cost me less than $15.00.
Just for reference to those buying new carpet... I ordered mine from ACC. I got the think premium stuff with extra backing. it was a little expensive but it is great quality. it has a thick rubber back under the carpet as well as the cushion stuff. With this type of quality, you could probably not worry about adding extra products for sound deadning.
I have not ordered door panels yet, but I'm thinking about Coverlay.

For the complete dash you will need to go to a junk yard or FOrd
Try NPD, they carry a lot of OEM, and Repro items. They use "Ford Tooling" on much of their Repro stuff. While LMC has the door panels, I don't like the way the panels fasten to the door, you can see the fasteners. NPD has ones that mount just like the factory, hidden fasteners, look factory. They also offer Catalogs for the various Ford body styles including one for 92-96 (inc 97250HD), fast shipping too.
Thanks Diesel_Brad, but I'm just gonna order the replacement from LMC....Gonna fiberglass my tachometer and a 2 1/16" gauge on the right side of my dash....And as far as a definitive line from where the pad actually lays across the original, I will just fiberglass it together....

Did you look at NPD? Their prices are the same as or very close to LMC, but the parts are much closer to or OEM parts. No, I don't work for them, but have been very happy with everything I've bought.
I have NPD catalog....Unless I need a specific/hard to find part, I am just gonna use LMC...NPD seems to have higher prices....As far as quality I don't know about, as I haven't bought anything from NPD...
