Here is mine.
Leveled with a F-350 rear block. New 315/75/16 (almost 35) on MT 16x10s. I had to trim my lower valence a little.
On 16x8 steelies
That chrome cap on the rear hub... did the rims come with it, or did you buy that?
I hope I don't have too many issues with rubbing... I'll be installing X-codes and 2" leveling kit in another week here. (Plus dual stabilizers and adj. Trac-Bar. )
I have a set of Goodyear DuraTracs on 16x10" wheels.... I know it's going to be close, them are some wide tires!

Those are Mickey Thompson Center Caps. They came with my wheels but i am pretty sure you can buy them separate. Summit Racing has a few different caps. Not sure if they have the MT ones or not. I use Procomp ones on my black steel winter wheels. They are plastic and the ends pop off. The MT ones are steel.
It might rub the back of the inner fender. Nothing you will have to change. At least mine is ok. With stock wheels, you will probably rub the leafs. But you are right, mine are quite wide haha

The rim's I have are aftermarket 16x10's....but I have no idea what brand or how to measure off-set. I'm just hoping they are offset enough I won't rub too bad. Full lock is no big deal, but I don't want to be hitting anything while driving at speed. I hope between the leaf springs and the mini-leaf pack I should get about 4" of lift in the front end....bringing it about level.
My stock 4,800lb springs are right flat.
These X-codes should firm it up quite a bit and lift it a couple inches. It's 4.5" lower than the rear on the passenger side, 4" lower than the rear on the driver's side.
Mine is set up with spring packs in the front and running 37x12.50x17's on the ford OEM later model wheels. The PO set it up this way , but I love the way it looks and it still (just) fits in the garage.
The inner fender plastic is trimmed and held back with some zip ties, the tries do rub the spring on the drivers side front of the axle only when at full lock.
If all your doing is street/hwy driving its not a bother, IMHO.
