OK, we voted for Saturday, 04 December.

Methinks that we're all thinking of an indoor locale due to season.

A restaurant of some variety comes to mind...we'll settle that one shortly.

In the meantime, while Springfield seems like a lock, we should oughta vote for the "where".

I went for St. Louse as I'm closest to there of the choices. I realize that puts me at the opposite end of the state from The Big Boss Man, heck I'm actually in a different state from him. No, not state of mind! I ain't got one of them fancy thingies. Springfield is probably about the closest to a central location, just don't know if I can afford gas there & back. Old Rusty gets pretty thirsty sometimes. Would be nice to finally met some of y'all. Been here little over a year now & only met 1 fellow member & she wasn't even from here (West By God Virginia member).

 

Well it looks like i'm out for that weekend. My inlaws decided to have thanksgiving that weekend. Just my luck, oh well. Suggestion. Have it in the middle of the state say around lake of the ozarks. there are several state parks to choose from around there.

Golden Corral in Springfield?

 

I'm out.

The local Christmas parade is Saturday and my boys have to carry the flags at the front of the parade. Since I'm an Assistant Scout Master, I get to go be in the parade too.

That works for me. Are you talking about the one on Kansas Expressway?Because there are 2 of them in Springfield, the other one is off of South Glenstone.

Too bad it looks like only a couple of us will be there.
Perhaps a time should be selected, I'm good for anytime.

 

Well wish I could make it, believe me, but have to work to support the Ford truck habit.
Maybe the next one, Penny will be in Branson with her mom and sister's doing the x-mas shopping thing, so she is also not going to be able to make it.

But we will be thinking about you all attacking the buffet, good call on the location, Unk Bob going to make it?
