if it is an open diff, my first thought would be: teenagers?
if it is a lsd using clutch packs: one clutch pack tired?
and then: you haven't got your exhaust dumping out in front of your RR tire, do you? (good friend w/ F350/460BB had his exh dumping in front of the tire and blew a tire not long after on the way to the desert due to the exh heat getting into the tire) have you changed your exhaust? any chance you might be missing heat shield(s) where the exh passes by the RR tire? set tire pressures cold in the morning, borrow an infra-red thermometer, go drive for an hour on the fwy then pull over and check tire temps.
