OT: New mod
Hmmmm how could a new mod be OT???
Because the new hardware i got installed wasnt on my truck it was on me!
I was born with something called a clubbed foot. LONG story short 26 years later i WAS in chronic pain. So i talked to a well trusted caprenter... i mean podiatrist, and we decided to limit the movement in my foot to stop it from hurting. Also legnthening my Achilies tendon to have better ankle flection. So on the 15th of last month i went to sleep and woke up with my foot wrapped up like a burrito.

And here is what they put into me!!!!
I am doing well (minus boredom) And will hopefully get the staples out this Saturday and get a hard cast so i can go out and do some stuff.

You're absolutely right, Nolan. After my surgery last fall on my ankle, total of 8 screws (two of them almost as long as yours), and one plate about 3/4" x 6", I haven't had a metal detector go off yet at the airport.
Hope the healing continues fast and effectively. I KNOW how much you're ready to be moving around more freely!!

What size are the screws? Coarse thread or fine thread? Were they torqued to spec? Did they use red LocTite or blue???

You figure its got to be worth some major HP %'s (since the average human can only exert 1/2 of a hp). As Robin said i will be able to hop skip and jump... and run which were all things that were getting to painful to do even walking to much in one day would put me off my feet. So its not a matter of gaining horsepower but like putting an exhaust system on a truck you are simply unleashing hp that is already there. LMAO
