03 Expy 5.4 code P0307

So I've got a misfire in #7. My question is could a bad injector cause this code (P0307). I'm in the process of swapping #5 and #7 injectors to see if my problem moves. Already swapped the coils and took a look at the plug. Shoulda moved it to another cyl but didn't. It looked OK so I put it back in (a duh moment). So opinions about the injector causing this code?

Yes the injector can cause the code, as can a spark plug that still looks good.

Yeah, not moving the plug was a duh moment (I seem to be having more of them as time goes by).
Thanks for the guidance on the injector.

As I said, the saga continues. Swapped injectors between #7 and #5. While in the process I dropped the one coming out of #7. Clink, clak, clunk, plop to the driveway. Grrrr. Clean it off, check for broken bits, looks OK (like the plug) - so into #5 it goes. Installed the one in #7. Cleared the codes and start her up. Runs fine. Whaaaa??? So I'm guessing the injector was stuck (??) and dropping it un-stuck it. Dunno. That's my current story. Will drive it and wait for something to show up. Maybe it was the injector after all - maybe.
