You only have one AIRB/AIRD solenoid and one AIR BYPASS/AIR DIVERTER valve.
So you can NOT have a right or left bank not working.
If you only have one item like O2 sensor or one A.I.R valve then Ford always uses the lowest number for the ERROR code. That is why the Ford manuals never say left or right when more than one can apply.
Someone has found on a two item system that the low number meant right and I guess everybody has picked up on that on the web and scanner books.
When in question always use the Ford Shop Manuals.
Also your EGR system does NOT use the same vacuum source vacuum lines like most system do.
The only common vacuum source is from the VRESER to the main vacuum tree source.
Check vacuum from the vacuum tree to the two VRESER and the condition of the two VRESER.
ok so i found some stuff that was visibly wrong with the truck here's is what i found there's a thing with a part number C1196B tee's in between the pcv valve and the rectangular shaped canister next to the lower passenger side of the radiator it the upper line of the rear reservoir??? it doesn't look factory its just hanging out on top of the valve cover? the second is on the main vacuum tree under the throttle body the middle vac line facing the back passenger side of the motor is plugged with a short piece of hose and a screw classy fix huh lol and the 3rd was on the oval canister on the pass side inner fender there are 2 red vac lines and the lower one is broken but still attached that's an obvious fix but with the rest of the stuff what do u guys think?
Put it back the way the diagram above shows.
Can you post or email me a photo of the "thing"?
its kind of hard to figure out where that line goes and the number on this thing is E5TF-9C915-AA
C1196B it has a factory plug but isnt the e5tf from an 85 truck?
The "Vapor Canister Purge Regulator Valve" (EVAP PURGE VALVE) goes between the carbon Canister (CAN) and a "T" vacuum fitting in the above diagram. It also has electrical wiring to it. The "T" vacuum fitting has vacuum lines to the main vacuum tree (MAN VAC), the EVAP PURGE VALVE and the PCV:
that's how it was but it was just hanging out on top of the valve cover didn't look like it belonged there????? I still don't understand where that line goes that's plugged off its on the vacuum tree or see where it would go? On the vacuum diagram there are 2 spots for manifold vacuum to go to the canisters and 1 goes to the fuel pressure regulator well i have a 4th one that points toward the rear side passenger side of the motor????
ok now i don't have any codes but still cant find out where that last vacuum line that's plugged from the tree would go? also ive changed relays on the fuel pumps and front tank still doesn't work so is it a fuel pump?

If all the vac lines are accounted for, everything requiring vacuum is getting it don't worry about it. Some vac ports are capped from the factory, probalby cracked so a PO plugged it with a short section of hose and a bolt, a very common fix.

Only one fuel pump relay so if one pump worked changing the relay wouldn't have had any effect on the other pump.
Pump would be suspect yes, I'd probably do a quick test of the tank switch first though before dropping the tank. Verify it does switch over like it should, test it for continuity through whichever pump circuit was in question.
