SJM question

Hi everyone, I have a question about the DRL's in my 2008 (Job 1) 6.4 CC Lariat. I have searched and read about the process to turn the DRLs on and off, so I asked my dealer if he could do it at the next oil change. He said I need parts, so instead of debating with him I said, "Oh, okay". My question is this: Is there a programmer/tuner/computer I can buy that will give me access to the SJM and other parameters of my truck's computer? Or is it Ford proprietary and only the dealer has access to it? I assume it would be cheaper to just pay them to do it, but was curious as to whether or not an aftermarket tuner existed that could communicate with the truck and change these parameters. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I live in Seattle, but purchased this truck from the dealer who got it in BC, so the DRL's were already programmed on. Thanks!

Sorry, I should have typed "SJB" not SJM. The smart junction box is what I'm referring to.
