95 f350 cc 5sp. O k guys changed out my htr core about a month back,started leaking bad today .what do ya, ll think,maybe bad core or just some more junk from china,got it from advance auto.life time warrenty. JIM

Depends, in the past 6 years i've gone thorugh 8 of them. every kind i could find i tried. be it china or made here and i actually did find one, aluminum or copper old style and new. Couple things i've learned to check just to rule out problems. check the acid level cause that'll eat through one of them things in no time. next would make sure you aint got any stray voltage runnign through the coolant if ya do check your grounds and any aftermarket stuff you've put on. also i've noticed that a few times if i've gotten on it while the heat was on a little later down the road it started leaking again, check your rad cap and replace it just to see if that works. im pretty sure that the rad cap ended up being my problem cause it built up too much pressure and blew it. i went through three heater cores in one summer while i was drag racing. and Keep your recipe cause they should come with a one year warranty where they'll give ya a new one.
