SD to Mass air conversion

Has any one looked into doing a conversion? I know they have a kit for the small blocks how about the big blocks?

I looked into this a while ago and found it is just not worth it. You can use the one for a manual mustand 302, they have the same firing order, but will have to get it chipped anyway to compensate for fuel and CID differences. You will then have to get something to control your electronic tranny (if you have one). I figured for the $1000+ I would just do all my mods at once, then get one chipped burned and forget about it.

I found kits to do the manual mustang on the net for $550.oo then Just put in a manual c-6 and you set. I also found some sites that tell how to do it (for a Mustang) without the kit. Maybee ken could program a chip to work?

The 1996 and 1997 California truck 460s were all mass air. Maybe 1 out of 10 trucks sold in the USA. That means there should be plenty of factory computers and other parts to do a conversion, if you really want.
