I order a mobile ease unit off of ebay and just received in the mail, I hooked it up and trying to store my contact in it but everytime i say the number 555-555-5555 and than i say save entry, than repeats number back to me 555-555-5555 adds few other number like 833, and i will keep on saying save entry and add more additional numbers to it that i didnt even say... has any of you had this problem.

To my thinking i think the bluetooth module didnt get packed well no foam or nothing to protect it from the shaking ride between kentucky and hawaii or the seller didnt fully describe what was wrong and listed as perfectly working.

Is there an away I can reset the unit back to factory?
