Ignition Problem, No Start

So I took the truck(88 F350 7.3) out for its first real road test after the cab swap today and have a problem with the ignition. A few weeks ago I had replace the starter relay, and since then its all been good. I had to stop and turn the truck off while driving it, and when I went to turn it back on, nothing happened. Replaced the starter relay with a new one and it diddnt fix it. I'm getting power to the relay, but its not transfering through there to the starter. I thought it may be an ignition switch problem, but I cant get the damn thing out. It there a way to see if the switch is working, like checking the wire that goes to the relay for power? All the grounds are still good so I dont know where to check. Thanks guys.

The ignition switch is on the top of the column, held on by 2 7'16" nuts, their is nothing electrical in the key tumbler, except the key buzzer,if that's what you're trying to remove. The switch may need an adjustment, it's slotted to get it in the right spot, but if you're getting voltage at the small terminal on the starter relay, it's not switch related.,

Im not getting anything voltage on the wire going to the relay terminal. I just noticed too, since its dark out now, that the dash lights arent working. So, I dont know whats going on. I checked all the fuses, grounds again and connections. I'm kinda stumped
