Operating Temp causing Miss?

I have a 99, 7.3 psd with a bullydog chip. The truck has about 355xxx KM on it and lately it has developed a miss. It always blows white diesel smelling smoke when it is warming up but usually would clear up once it is up to temp. Now that it has gotten colder out the truck will start fine but once its warmed up it still smokes, only when its idling. It will idle fine for about 10 seconds then it slowly starts missing which increases until the cylinder doesnt sound to be firing at all after about 45 seconds. I took a picture of the temp gauge, I have never really paid attention to it before but I wanted to make sure that its not running cold which I am thinking could be the cause, (bad thermostat). Other problems I have read point to a possible bad injector, I ran a half tank with injector cleaner through a week ago but it didnt seem to make a difference. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

When was the last time the oil was changed? That can make a differance in these trucks, but usually that is more than one cylinder. What you describe really sounds like a bad injector. Hook it up to an AE and do a contribution test, and a buzz test.
