changing heads

had a blown head gasket was wondering would it be easier to replace the gasket or rebuild the Eng it has 165000 on it and its a 1994 7.3 turbo diesel non direct fuel injection system Ive own it for 7 years and i never had a problem with it till now thanks for your suggestions

to change or not to change.

your mileage is still low for a 7.3.i would just change the head gasket.

thanks for the info

that was my first thought, dealer said i should rebuild or exchanged for new one they probably hurting for business

DO NOT rebuild it, slap head gasket in her and poor in some coal...
