Rough idle when engine first starts
I have a 2005 F150 5.4 Lariat. At 60k miles it began to idle rough on cold start. I get trouble misfire codes on cyl 5&6 only when driving before engine gets to operating temp. I have replaced ALL injectors and plugs(patient removal with no breakage) and also (COP's on 5 & 6 cyl's) per dealership recomendation. Still having same problem. The problem seem to start after an injector clean from a local Kwik-Kar servicing the vehicle. I have scoured this site and seems others have had similar issues with no real known fix. I believe that I may have a CAT issue on the left bank or a sensor issue. As described above, after the vehicle has warmed there are no emmissions issue as it has passed all inspections for last several years.(I have to reset codes and let it warm up in order to keep from getting a misfire code a few days before inspection). The truck has 81k miles now. I have been hoping others would post a similar issue with a fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have only spent around $350 at this point and am willing to invest to fix but not wanting to go broke chasing the problem. Thanks for any help provided...
