no boost

2000 F350 powerstroke.

I notice I have a ton of black smoke and little boost. This last weekend I took it to the coast and as I came down in altitude the truck ran like a raped ape. It has awesome boost and very little black smoke.

Is there a sensor that can cause this. the stealership will not even look at it because of the tuner and Bean Injectors.

Any help would be awesome.

sounds like your tuner is ignoring the Baro pressure sensor. Try taking the tuner off and see if it still smokes at altitude...
