Actually, it went very well. He answered all our questions, showed us around the intrenet system, explained the company organization, told us how things are going to change, talked about the company's goals, . . .
I also got the pleasure of driving him to the airport, and durring that time he asked alot of questions about the local area as well as questions about me. Frankly, that is something that the old big wigs (who are staying on for the time being) never really cared about, so that was welcome.
It sounds like some policies and such are going to change, but for the better.
