If you have power to the wiper motor, try thumping it & see if it'll wake up.
If not, then suspect the motor, Edit: or it's ground connection.
If you don't have power to the wiper motor, suspect the multi-function switch, it's a common problem part.
Some folks have had good luck taking them apart to clean corrosion off the contacts with WD-40 & re-lube the switch with contact grease.
Others have had limited luck just spraying WD-40 in there & working the switch to wipe the contacts & wake it up. If the problen IS corrosion, this just leaves it in there to cause more mischief later & won't likely do much, or any good, if the contacts are worn out.
