I would like to know what option would better for my 1994 F-250 V8 302. Would on of Hypertechs modules be better than just installing a chip.
Now on the F-250 it would be a 1991 The engine is all stock. I would like to get 300+HP than the regular 245 what are my options with that year of a truck when I dont want to do to many major applications such as a cam but get more HP and Torque.

A Hypertech module is a chip (Hypertech Power Programmers are not available for 1994) so installing a Hypertech is "just installing a chip." 
The unfortunate reality is you're going not get 300+ horsepower from any brand chip. The only way to get 300+ HP is to make mods.
A chip is going to give you about 18HP for the 302. Both Diablo and Superchips have good codes for this year.
