Two questions for everyone, do any 2010 ford expedition owners withe the 20 inch chrome clad rims and 20 inch pirelli str tires have ongoing vibration/bouncing/balancing problems and second does anyone have a corporate contact for ford- not the customer care number. Perhaps someone has dealt with the lemon law and has a direct contact to someone at ford that I could speak with. Just asking I appreciate everyone's input Thank you

I have the samle problem with my 2007 Expy Max (Canadian version of the EL). The dealership has acknowledge that there is a vibration but won't do anything about it because they feel that there is nothing they can do... I've asked to explore other possibilities, like balancing the drive shaft, but they have said that because the truck has only 70K km they wouldn't be able to get Ford to cover the warrenty. I am going to another dealership to see if they can diagnose the problem!
With many of the Expies vibrations felt through the steering wheel, have the tires road force balanced by a shop you trust. Had mine done and it helped a lot.
