I replaced the highly rusted, factory horns (one of which was half-missing due to rust) with a set of plastic air horns. They sound pretty nice actually, even though I had low expectations for cheap plastic.

 

new front u joint and complete front end redone new brakes and aliment $1300 later but i'm really happy how the 23 ford took care of my truck

those guys are the best for diesel engine they know there stuff
