Newbie 2 site looking for help
Hi everyone love this forum. Looking for a little help and advice. I am in the process of re doing my offroader, it just that straight offroading/mudding. Its a 78 f250 dana 60 front and rear running 42 swampers. It currently has 400 with a c-6. Im starting to tear down a 70's 460 to build for it. Having hard time deciding what to do to motor. I want hp and torque. looking to see what others have or have done and results. Im going thru whole drive tran and lockr up front with gears, but dont know what gears to go with rears already locked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to run 44's once in awhile but main tire probably under 40's. Ideas on cam, intake carb, compression ratio, gears and locker for front. Oh forgot to mention have a set of dove heads for it. Thanks
