I ordered new COPs from eBay and wanted to know how much dielectric grease to use in each boot. After loading spring into boot should I fill the boot completely with dielectric grease? My plugs have 45K on them. Would you change the plugs too?
Just a little bit on the tip end will be just fine. If you want you can spread a little around the inside of the coil.... Wouldn't worry about changing the plugs till 75k... even though they are designed for 100k service.

I remember how pita it was to replace the ones under the firewall, so at the very least, replace those two. I would replace all of them if it's me.

Put in just enough DG to wet the inside of the boot. You do not want to fill it up because everything gets hot and expands; it'll ooze out and make a mess at the bottom of the plug wells.
Being that far into the project I would change the plugs and take comfort in knowing I might not have to touch them for the next 100K miles or so. If however you think you might get rid of the truck before 100K miles, then no I wouldn't go through the trouble of changing them. Of course if you don't change them and the new COPs don't make the engine run better because of a bad spark plug, you'll be kickin' your own butt for not changing them.
