Rancho 9000xl shock rebait...I got mine!
Well. I got it! I made a phone call to the "fullfillment" company, I got the number from the Rancho Co., and asked what the story was with my rebait. The person that I spoke with said that they had just ordered a new batch of cards! I told her that not calling everyone who had been waiting was just poor public relations! They had all of the names and purchase dates so they knew who had been waiting the longest...there was no good reason for the long wait without the curtesy call. Oh. I also mentioned that I was on the "Ford Truck Enthusiasts" site and the long wait was starting to get some bad press...Uh...um...We'll get right back to you! They "Next Day Mailed" mine the next day! The UPS driver figures that it cost them $15.00 to get the card to me! Hmmmm....35 cent phone call or $15.00 "Next Day Air" package? Good Luck!
