Just ordered my 2011 F150!
Got a 2wd Lariat SC with a 6.5 bed. I wanted to get the ecoboost, but they aren't going to be out till feb. So I got the 5.0 instead. (I have to have a new truck before the end of the year for a tax write off) I looked at trading in my 2006 on a 2010 platinum, but they only want to give me 11k for my trade, and I hope the new 5.0 will net better fuel economy than the 5.4. BB and most other sites show about 15k for trade in value, whats the deal? Anyway I guess I'll try craigslisting it for 15k and see if I get any bites. I can't wait for the new truck! I hopefully will get it in 5-6 weeks!

How did you get a Lariat with a 6.5 box? I was told and the specs say that it only comes with a 5.5 box.

He got a Supercab. You can get a Lariat CC with a 6.5' bed but you have to get the 5.0l and not the 6.2l. I imagine the EB will be available with the CC 6.5' combo but that hasn't been released yet.

You ordered a 2011? They are not due till early next year, but if you did order one to be built it certainly won't be built and to you in that short of time frame.
I could be wrong though, but I kind of doubt it.

Bavendo -My current truck has 115,000 miles on it. I drive a lot of hwy miles. It's had Mobil 1 since new at 5k intervals. No dings, very clean.
SteveVFX4 -I got them down to 38k for a platinum with 11k trade and told them no. Ive seen '06's going for around 15k with 100k+ miles.. I probably could have got more, but I had just started looking and didn't really try too hard.

It does! If I don't get a truck this year then I can't have the write off for this year.. It'll cost me around 6-8k in taxes on my 2010 return.
