Question dp tunes question

in regards to the DP F5 i have a few questions for y'all...
1. what is the difference between the 80 econo and the 80 econo mountain
2. it says that 60 econo is better for highway driving then the 80. why?
3. what is lope idle and what good does it do?

Ask James at DP Tuner, but I believe he told me the difference between the normal and mountain tunes were just shift points. I live in Colorado but opted for the normal tunes, as I have tow tunes if I want the shift points to be a little higher.

Lope idle is just a vanity thing, AFAIK.

Yeah I figured it wasn't an altitude thing seeing how the high desert is 4000+ and the mountains back home r 2500. Shift points make sense.

The 60 econo highway is to help keep the EGT's down compared to the 80 econo.

It was explained to me as having the tow tune shift points with the econ settings. One focus is to shift at altitude in a manner minimizing excessive smoke.
