won't start in the mornings??

i'm having troubles with my 7.3 starting in the mornings. it sounds like a fuel problem, i can allways tell when its not going to start. its like the fuel pump isnt working, i have to turn the key on and off to here it kick in, then it will fire up, then once its started its good for the day. Maybe a fuel pump relay or fuel pressure regulater is letting the fuel back off at night?? i dont know

When it acts up is the wait to start light coming on? If not then the pcm isn't getting power and the pump won't come on.

Try to wiggle the fuse for the fuel pump when it's acting up and see if you can hear the fuel pump come on. Check your connections at the fuel pump. You could try to replace the fpr that is located in the dash. I believe it's by the blinker flasher.
