Where's the fuel pressure?
1991 Eddie Bauer, Built 351W, Tranny cooler, Oil cooler, Blah Blah Blah...
I've got no pressure at the fuel rail. I can hear the electric pump working in the tank, new filter, pressure regulator, I've done everything except drop the tank.
Is there a way to get into the tank without dropping it? It's a 32 gallon tank and it's full.

Can you hear the fuel pump in the tank running continuously, or does it shut off like it's building pressure? I would say it it's running continuously, it's a problem in the tank. Otherwise, look, systematicaly, down the line as g_k50 has suggested.
