engine skips wheni let off the accelorator
when i stop accelorating the engine skips prety bad and when i let completely off the accelorator and i use engine brakeing it goes away i have a new ignition box, rotor button, wires , plugs and spark advance and a freshly rebuild carb (2 days ago) the problem was just the same before i changed all that stuff.

Do you have an exaust leak? Could be sucking air on deceleration.
How are your valves? Compression check? The valve springs could be worn.
Did you adjust the new carb correctly? Could be out of adjustment or the wrong one for the application.
How is your base timing? Check it.
EGR Valve working correctly?
Partially plugged Exaust system, catalitic converter.
Could be a number of things unfortunately.

Intake leak is another, but it should lobe at an idle.
Intake leaks can be caused by bad vacuum lines, brake booster and hoses, EGR valves, PCV Valves and grommets as well as blown intake manifold seals.
