I have a 75 F350. You need to get under your truck with a GOOD flashlight, and physically inspect all your lines for leakage. Check front soft lines for cracks too. I am about to replace mine because of cracks. If you need new ones, order close outs from Rock Auto for half the price. Also, the front section of the mc is the rear brakes, so check behind you wheels for fluid. It could be a wheel cyclinder.
I would R&R the MC. Only about $20 for a rebuilt. But you need to be certain system is not losing fluid elsewhere.
Tip: If you swap out any lines, or mstr, take a little squeeze bottle and gently squirt fluid into the line with only one end attached before reattaching the end you are filling. It saves a lot of time during the bleeding process.
You might even want to take the wheels off and look inside the drums for wheel cylinder leaks if you don't find any leaks under the truck. They can leak without really showing many signs of leakage outside of the brake drum. btw, F250 Restorer, thanks for the tip about squirting fluid in the brake lines. I'm definitely going to do that next time.
