Leveling kit and front receiver hitch
I don't have high hopes anyone can answer this, but just in case...
Based on the info provided on this forum (good stuff too), I'm leaning toward leveling my F350 with the Edge kit (hangers and shackles, no springs). But I need a front receiver tube in addition.
Warn makes one for my 2002, but it utilizes the blocker beam by sandwiching it in the install. So if I go with replacement shackles, this receiver kit won't work because the blocker beam goes bye bye. Anyone know if the earlier style receiver hitch will fit on my truck with the blocker beam removed?
If not, I'm considering the ProComp 2" kit with 5 leaf pack. This would allow the install of Warn's current receiver kit. Would this be the worst possible decision? Anybody have experience with this kit?

I'm not sure if the earlier style will work. Pre '01 SDs didn't have the blocker beam so it might. You might try contacting Warn and seeing what they have to say about it. Otherwise a custom mount might be able to be made.
IMO, Pro Comps products are not the greatest. If you chose to get a replacement leaf pack there are better companies to go with.

I found that Hidden Hitch has one and it looks like it mounts to the frame around the tow hooks. CLICK HERE to see it. It has a copy of the instructions available to look at too, to see how it mounts.

Thanks DC. You've been quite helpful. I think I'm going to investigate the possiblity of fitting the 2000 Warn front hitch to my 2002 with either a Fabtech or Edge leveling kit. I'm going to ask Warn to send me drawings, and work with Donahoe to see if the hitch will fit around their shackles.
If all else fails, I may be asking for opinions on the best spring replacement kitl
