welcome to FTE. This is probably a post better suited for the classified section at the top of the page. Good luck, straight rust free beds are getting very hard to come by these days, but if you keep your eyes open I am sure you will find one.
Any idea on how to get one from AZ to Fl? There is a guy on craigslist ere that has one advertised & I could check it out but don't know how to ship it.
John
How far are you from new orleans? The pull a part here has two complete trucks that are going out this week. They also have about seven on the lot already and a two tone one with all the trim in another section. I will be going out there on saturday. I could give you a hand.
Yellow and white lariat with all the trim. I may be able to swing through there before saturday. I will check the bed conditions and see if those other two trucks are out.
Are you building a show truck, real nice daily driver, or something to abuse offroad?
Its a daily driver but show quality, though I dont do shows. Its like my 9th f250
This one will be my first with a cummins diesel in it. So the answer is, should be a top notch bed with little or no rust. A little wont be bad as i have to paint anyway to match all up. Truck is 2 tone copper and beige. Hey man, I really do appreciate your willingness to help out too, thats mighty kind of you. If you go there this weekend snap a couple shots and if I buy one, well youll get fee of course. Again I really appreciate this help!

I also have a bed toolbox from a F-250 that can be added to the bed. I cut the sheetmetal and got the entire box to transplant in to another bed. Those plans have changed and will not happen.
Yep, if you have a tool box too, to go in a bed and we work out a deal, id definately be interested in the box in addition. The step bumper as well if its still there
Not that I have found. Maybe a couple of pinholes. I got it from the original owner last year. I have it for parts. My truck is a shortbed.
It has never been painted. What you see is from the factory.
I also have a 79 supercab with the trim. I can not remember how good it is but I can get some pictures of it also. I know it is decent, but may have hidden repairs because it has been painted before. It does have the aftermarket saddle tanks in the rear fender wells. Iwant the 460 and c6 out of it along with the perches. Other than that it is now a parts truck also.

Send me an email and we can talk. I was thinking pull a parts prices and no finders fee. I may be able to save you a couple of hours and meet you around alabama if you pay my fuel receipts.
