hey there new to forums. I currently am restoring a 1991 f150. All body work and minor lift has been done, all painted up great.

Looking to start some engine mods.. it is a daily driver so its more gas efficiency before power but i mean both are nice.

Looking at some different mods that people have done to there 302 5.0 and the results, possibly looking at camshafts to other stuff.

Any help is appreciated thanks.

 

For your truck you need an SD EFI friendly cam and the Comp 31-255-5 fits those requirements. The motor doesn't really need anything else besides that and an exhaust system to operate at it's potential, adding more like heads would potentially push it beyond the limits of the stock EFI system.

 

Okay thank you for quick response. Forget to mention already have 4 inch magna flow exaust. Going to search where abouts i can look into those.
