Brake problems

I have a 1994 F150 302/auto and have just replaced all the hard and soft brake lines. I have bled the system several times and with the engine off I have good pedal but, as soon as I start the truck the pedal goes to the floor. The vacuum booster check valve is working and I hear no air escaping. What am I doing wrong? I have bled the lines, master cylinder several times with no change. I'm at a loss. Thanks to any and all who try to help.

Tom

You still have air in the system. Did you bleed the RABS module on the inside of the left side frame rail? If not you need to bleed it.

I didn't bleed the module but, I know where it is, do you know the correct procedure to bleed it?

Thanks
Tom

It has a bleed screw on it so is bled the same as a wheel cylinder.
The correct sequence is right rear, left rear, RABS module, right front, left front.
However a lot of guys bleed the RABS module first.

Where did you get all of your new brake lines from? I need to replace my whole system due to rust but haven't been able to locate the lines. Cost?
