I just converted my 55 to 12volts and I put on a GM one wire alternator. I was wondering were or if you can get brackets for my y-block or if i had to make my own?
Thanks,
Fordtrk55
The only difference I made was to use the threaded rod for initial adjustments and measurements.
Then I had some Grade 8 stock threaded on the ends and cut steel spacers to fit.
Looks factory, eliminates adjustments, and removes the strength issue of hardware store threaded rod.
