Carb Cleaner?

Carb Cleaner?
I have a fuel injected 4.9, and i have been told by some people i can use carb cleaner on it, and some people told me i have to buy throttle body cleaner. I have tons of carb cleaner laying around, so i was just wondering if i could use that instead. Thank you
