I’m feeling a mild steering wheel vibration; it’s most apparent for the 1st few miles and going up grades, the vibration is constant at any mph. I replaced the ball joints, new front rotors and pads and the links are ok, balanced the tires and had a lineup. I have 140k miles on truck. Any ideas?
If it is most apparent during the first couple miles and gradually subsides, I'd think it is your tires. Is it worse when it is cold? When did you start noticing it?
Thanks guys,
I have another year on these tires, I stayed with Firestones Steel Tex that came with the truck from the factory because I had good mileage with them. If the vibration get's worse could it be U joints or the center support bearing?
