speedo lights

So i'm driving back to school last night and about three hours into the trip the lightbulb in my speedo burned out. Now all i can see in the dark is 10 mph and 80. Anyone replaced one of these? Is it just a matter of pulling the cluster out?

Thanks guys

You will have to pull out the cluster. It is not really a big job. The bulbs are inside little black twist off holders.

Yeah, it is actually really easy. You will need a t-15 or t-20 torx bit drivers ( can't remember exactly what size) and I think about 14 of the 194 light bulbs. The reason for so many bulbs is ever light bulb is a 194 so I just replaced all of them, like the check engine light, battery light, etc. It will take you about 30 minutes or so.....and if you are really feeling ambititious you can even clean of clear lens so you can see even better (mine was cover with dust) Good luck

If you read through the first couple sections of my article, you should have no problem changing them out.
