Hey guys, i'm in the middle of tearing apart my old motor now that I have a replacement in my truck working well.
I'm wanting to save as many good parts as possible and wondering about storage of certain parts like the injectors. Whats the best way to keep them in good shape so if need be I can reuse one or more of them at a later date.
Any other parts other than the injectors that might need to be stored a specific way?
I have an engine tore down and it has been stored for 2 yrs with no signs of rust. What I used as per a friend that is an engine builder was shrink wrap. The kind that you see on a pallet of cement at lowes. Works good and keeps out the moisture.

Shrink wrap is what Casserly used for transporting my injectors when I was doing that install. I don't know about long term storage viability, but it was atleast good for short term storage and transit.
