It's always better to continue an old thread than start a new. Unfortunately, the link above is now dead though. The only thing I'll add is that I've recently had bad experience with Explorer rear calipers - the ones that use phenolic pistons. In fact, I've had issues with phenolic pistons seizing up on other ford vehicles. So going forward I'll avoid any caliper that uses phenolic pistons.
