4.6L performance mods

Is there anything that can be done to the 4.6L to get a little more everything out of them? Mine is in a 2000 F150.

I'm sure you meant tuner.

IMHO the cost for custom tunes is well worth the extra $60-90.

Gears such as 4.56 will also make a big difference.
