Y-pipe

I have an '85 f150 w/351 and would really like to know where I can get the y pipe w/cat that is cali legal,I know it probably sounds like a stupid question but alot of the y pipes aren't legal here in cali and what is the difference between a cali compliant converter and non cali,my state is the reason for the cats.Any help would be appreciated,thanks.

LMC truck has them and they say they are 50 state legal. They have one for a 351w 2bbl 1983-85 and a setup for a 4bbl 1984-87.

I ended up taking one off a 460 and welding it up to the existing pipes off the manifolds. It was cheap, but to be honest, I did not see too much inprovement.
