'98 Explorer Vacuum routing

'98 Explorer Vacuum routing
My cousin is working on a '98 5.0 Explorer. He didn't check where the hoses went before he ripped the upper intake off. How exactly are they routed? Mainly the large hoses. He says he has one large hose left over and can't figure it out. The PCV and brake booster are hooked up. One line has a T in it. So either the T or the 3rd large line isn't hooked into anything. A pic would be great, but if someone could explain well enough, that works.
