BW1345 Rebuild Kit?

BW1345 Rebuild Kit?
Anyone know who makes a good rebuild kit for the BW 1345 x-fer case? Mine is going quickly and needs to be rebuilt. I'm pretty sure I'm going to need a new chain. Heck the whole drive train needs to be done, but I need to be confident that the x-fer case is up to par.
Also, how much am I looking at for a rebuild kit for my 8.8 rearend? I'm going to need a new ring and pinion and bearings. The spider gears seem to look pretty good, so I don't need any of them. Also, how much do the clutch packs cost for the stock l/s? I've got some work cut out for me, but this is maintenece that was never performed on this truck from it's previous owner (what a jerk).

I just spent ~$90 at CarQuest for an 8.8" kit plus some more for wheel bearings & seals. I got the R&P free, but it seems like they're ~$250 for a good set. Axleshafts are ~$100 each and the last time I priced a clutch kit, I think it was ~$60 at Ford.

250$ for a ring and pinion? I saw a set priced at 180$ that were precision gears. I'm really interested in getting that x-fer case rebuilt. I'm wanting to go from the middle of the problem outward and finish off at the diffs. Seems like a logical progression. If anyone out there knows of a good x-fer case at a good price, please email me.

I've got one out of some kind of jeep littering my garage floor. My daughter bought a POS cherokee from a "friend" that was the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen. He said it needed a new t-case. It didn't. She bought the wrong one anyway. You can have it for free if you want it.

I'm pretty sure a Jeep t-case won't even bolt up to a Ford transmission; much less take the torque of a Ford engine.
I have a spare BW-1356, but it's the electronic one, so I doubt you'd want it.
