if your tire label is for 30 psi for a P225/50/R17 93W, what would the tire pressure be for a P225/50/R17 94W? same size tire and speed rating but different load ratings so 30 psi would not be the equivalent pressure for the same load
I'm not sure if I am answering your question, but I will take a stab at it.
Tire inflation pressure is usually dictated by the vehicle the tire is on, as long as the recommended pressure does not exceed the maximum for the tire.
The load index is not a factor in tire pressure as long as it meets the minimum requirements for the vehicle.
So, if you are going from a load rating of 93 to a load rating of 94 and your vehicle calls for 30psi, the new tires will have the same pressure as the old ones.
The tire chart load and PSI charts are worse than worthless. Always go by the recommended pressure on the door frame of a vehicle unless going to 19.5 wheels and tires on a truck. With the lower profile tires on my SUV the TPMS is very helpful as the tires can look underinflatted in the morning. No such concerns with my truck tires with their stiffer sidewalls.
It is not easy to find accurate hand gauges and I end up buying two to see if they agree and hope to get lucky. All the TPMS is intended to do is save fuel by letting drivers know that their tires need more air, nothing more.
