this is for my friends truck, he is a black smoke fanatic, he bough his 97 psd a couple of months ago and has done a TS 5 position chip,high flow intake and 3inch down pipe and 5 inch exhaust, but he can only get a little bit of grey smoke on hard acceleration, he wants it like my truck where i can dump somke, is there anything holding his truck back? thnaks i dont know much about thre OBS so thought id ask

yep, OBS has 90cc stock injectors.
He needs at least Stage I injectors (160cc) to get good smoke and even those aren't too smoky. Stage II's will get lots of smoke but he'll need a bigger HPOP like a modded 17* from Terminator Engineering to get the most out of them.

I don't think they are quite 140cc.
I think they are 110's. but then, I could be wrong. But I don't recall them being that big.

aw man, luckily were nice over here, woulda gotten torn apart over at Psn! LOL
see im just the opposite, once you have the smoke you dont want it any more!! i wish i had a fast diesel that didnt smoke, that would be AWSOME. i cant get on it with out hazing out a nasty ploom an smoking out the poor guy behind me.
if i had it my way, id have it completely smokeless and just have that one tune to smoke the jerk behind you that parked up your behind such as my last nights experience LOL
