01 reverse problems
hey theere i have an 01 explorer sport 4l 4wd auto trans with 180k on it. trans fluid last serviced by dealer at 90k. reverse will work interminently. when shifting through gears rev will work and then after cycled into drive and back to reverse it will not engage any body have any ideas. no codes and no ck engine light either.it just revs as if in neutral whn not engaging. fluid is darker red but not burnt. no leaks and level is good. drives perfectly in all other gears . thanks
