It is, I don't like the looks of the Y pipe, so we made one out of a piece of 4x6 tubular steal...it also gives it a deeper sound..so far no ill efects on the bedliner and we towed appx 150 miles this week-end..

I love your "Y" pipe you made! I had a problem with everything melting to my big 5" tube "Y" pipe. Id like to do what you did and maybe make a little bigger one on the outside of it to prevent the heat from dispersing. That is really nice tho! Aussies are my favorite!
