START ME UP! Shelby GT350R Sounds Wicked
Ford is currently on a high performance roll. They can do no wrong in the eyes of the performance community. The company not only has the halo car Ford GT coming out in the next year, but they also have the ST twins, the new Focus RS, the Mustang GT and EcoBoost, and Ford’s newest entry, the GT350s.
The Shelbys are among the most looked forward to cars coming out this year. With a 5.2L naturally aspirated flat-plane crank V8 that churns out over 500 horsepower, and sticky tires, the Shelby is going to become track monsters.
And as such, Ford decided to bring the Shelby twins along with them to the Goodwood Festival of Speed. But while there, Ford decided to play a little prank on the unsuspecting people of London with the brand new GT350R.
Essentially, the parked the car, waited till people got close, and then….Well, just watch and be prepared to laugh your butts off.
