While searching for reasons why my F250 PSD sputtered and stammered under acceleration, it was suggested that I either had the wrong fuel filter or a clogged unit. I had just changed one about 10K mi. prior to that suggestion so I dubbed it a possibility. What amazed me is that the filter on the left is a Baldwin unit (a slightly different suction-end design and NO "Aqua sock") - the one on the right is a Racor/Motorcraft unit - note it has the "Aqua-sock" and the other end that mates to where the fuel comes into the filter is different (see other pic).
